How is recovered revenue calculated?
We multiply your monthly visits by the difference between your current no-show rate and a typical post-Crownly no-show rate, then multiply that by your average ticket. The default reduction (from 18 percent to 8 percent) is in line with what Indian clinics see after switching from manual reminders to the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
Where does the no-show reduction figure come from?
Industry studies and our own clinic data at Smile Align Orthodontic Speciality Clinic show that automated, two-way WhatsApp reminders cut no-show rates roughly in half. The calculator lets you adjust the assumed post-Crownly no-show rate to be more or less aggressive.
Does this include any other Crownly impact?
No. This calculator only counts no-show recovery. Crownly also recovers revenue through better lead conversion, treatment plan completion, and reduced staff time per patient. Most clinics see a much larger total impact.
