Team and roles
Add staff with role-based permissions, scoped to one or many clinics.
Add team members by email and assign them roles per clinic. When a member is removed, their access is revoked immediately. The team page lists who has access to which clinic and at what role.

How does role-based access work?
Each team member is granted a role per clinic. Roles control what they can see and edit (for example, front desk cannot edit a treatment plan). Permissions are enforced both in the UI and in Firestore security rules, so the rules apply even if someone bypasses the UI.
What happens when I remove a team member?
Their access is revoked immediately on the server side, regardless of whether they have the app open. Their historical actions remain attributed to them in audit logs.
